When is the last time you saw such a CEO?

Was die wenigsten Menschen verstehen ist dass man als Unternehmer nicht mehr den moralischen Werten der Zwischenmenschlichkeiten unterworfen ist; als Unternehmer muss man das Wohl seiner Firma, seines Business an erste Stelle setzen. Da interessiert es nicht, ob man Leute entlässt, oder wie das Gesetz dazu steht. Das Gesetz, der Staat, ist nur dazu da um den Unternehmer zu bremsen.

Deshalb muss ich zu dem obigen Video sagen: ja, toller Typ, mit vielen ehrenhaften Motiven, da bin ich mir sicher. Die viel interessantere Frage ist das Return of Investment; was hat ihm das gebracht? Loyalität und damit effizientere Mitarbeiter? Oder Publicity und damit mehr Revenue? Wenn sich der CEO selbst nicht motivieren muss, um hart zu arbeiten, und sein Gehalt lieber der Firma als Profitmarge hinterlässt, dann kann ich das verstehen. Aber stattdessen sein Gehalt für „minderwertige“ Mitarbeiter zu verpulvern erscheint mir einfach nur kontraproduktiv.

Ich habe die sechste Staffel von Weeds natürlich nicht in einem Zug geguckt, weil dieser Typ mit jeder Episode einfach schärfer wird. Aber es war ein Bonus.

Ich stehe so krass auf diese Unterbuxe. Ich kann mir nur zu gut vorstellen wie angenehm der Stoff auf der Haut kommt, und schlecht sieht’s auch nicht aus.

Allerdings ist mir auch letztens aufgefallen, wie komplett H&M-Gestört ich bin. Traurige Wahrheit, ich schaffe es nicht, Unterwäsche woanders zu kaufen, weil mein Preis/Leistungs-Bild komplett verzerrt ist. Danke, Schweden.

(Für diese hier würde ich trotzdem eine Ausnahme machen)

So just sitting there, you cant tell whether youre moving or not. If you looked out the window you could tell — youd either see the landscape sitting still, or rolling past you. But with the shades drawn over the windows, thats not an option, so you really just cant tell whether or not youre in motion.But there is one way to know, conclusively, whether youre moving. Thats just to sit there patiently and wait. If the trains sitting at the station, nothing will happen. But if its moving, then sooner or later youre going to arrive at the next station.In this metaphor, the train car is everything that you can see around you in the universe — your house, your pet hedgehog Jeremy, the most distant stars in the sky, all of it. And the „next station“ is tomorrow.

Ich weiß nicht, ob ich diesem Artikel voll und ganz zustimmen kann, aber es steckt Wahrheit in dem „Macht“ Faktor der Frau.
